COVID-19 Status and Pre-event symptom check

Like many other events, we are requesting that all attendees demonstrate their COVID-19 status by:

Proof of full vaccination – both doses received (with the second at least 14 days prior to the event) or

Proof of a negative NHS Lateral Flow Test taken prior to travel on the day of arrival at the festival or

Proof of natural immunity based upon a positive PCR test within 180 days of the event (including 10 days self-isolation following the result).

To get a digital COVID pass please use the NHS website and follow the instructions here.

If you are demonstrating your COVID-19 Status using an NHS Lateral Flow Test this should be taken prior to travel on the day of arrival. You can order NHS Lateral Flow Tests free of charge here or pick them up from any pharmacy or test site.

Once you have taken your test, you will need to report your result on the NHS website here.  You will receive a text or email notification confirming your negative test result, to present on entry.

A positive result from an NHS Lateral Flow Test means it’s likely you had coronavirus when the test was done. You and anyone you live with must not attend the event and self-isolate immediately. You are then advised to get a PCR test to confirm your result as soon as possible.

Pre-event symptom check – Government Directive

All attendees must carry out a self-assessment for any COVID-19 symptoms. No-one should leave home to participate in sport or officiate if they, or someone they live with, has any of the following:

A high temperature
A new, continuous cough
A loss of, or change to, their sense of smell or taste

If you display any of these symptoms, you must follow NHS and PHE guidance on self-isolation here.
